So you want to commission a painting?
Once you contact me, we can schedule a virtual studio visit. I'd like to get to know you and hear what inspires you! I can tell you a little about how I work and discuss your project ideas. If we are a good fit to work together, we can then begin the step-by-step process.
Commission Process
Together we will:
- Pick 3 to 5 photos to choose from
- Establish Shared Vision (setting + colors + size + painting medium)
- Explore 2 - 3 layout options through mock-up. Possibly looking at similar artwork that might exemplify our shared vision
- Confirm layout with painted sketch on original piece (shown) and book dates
- Receive updates of the original work in progress
